2. User Responsibilities

3. Payments and Fees

• A percentage of the project cost (usually 50%) may be required as an advance before work begins.

• Payments must be made on time to avoid delays in service delivery.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

4. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All design concepts, layouts, and materials shared by Fifth Emotion Decor remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in a contract.

• You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our design content without prior written consent.

• Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the design for personal or commercial use (as agreed), but we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

5. Project Timelines and Delays

• We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but timelines are subject to changes based on client responsiveness, vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors or force majeure events.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• If the client cancels the project after commencement, any work completed will be billed proportionally.

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds, if any, will be issued at the sole discretion of Fifth Emotion Decor.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fifth Emotion Decor will not be held liable for:

• Damages resulting from misuse of designs or client-provided instructions

• Third-party service errors, delays, or quality issues

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if:

• There is a breach of these Terms

• Client behavior is abusive or uncooperative

• Payment terms are not fulfilled

In such cases, any outstanding dues must be settled immediately.

Fifth Emotion Decor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
